About Us

2013 - Medtrics was founded to address the growing trend in medical education for outcomes data in physician training. Implementation of the ACGME's Next Accreditation System (NAS) served as catalyst for the first feature in Medtrics, our evaluation platform.

2014 - Early adoption of Medtrics into institutions looking to revamp their evaluation process. Medtrics team continues to expand the platform to support additional needs of Graduate Medical Education (GME).

2016 - Medtrics platform expands to support Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) and becomes a vendor for American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC)'s Curriculum Inventory.

2017 - Medtrics continues to recruit additional clinical advisors and expands platform to support nursing schools and allied health professions. The platform now also supports IRIS reports that allow GME institutions to collect reimbursements from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.

2019 - Medtrics introduces new competency based evaluation module and hits milestone of managing over $100M in federal reimbursements to GME organizations.

2020 - Medtrics team expands and settles into new home in Center City, Philadelphia.
