We are excited to announce that Universidad Central del Caribe (UCC) School of Medicine has joined the Medtrics family! The institution has licensed our Medtrics platform to manage their Internal Medicine residency program and Addiction Medicine Fellowship program, marking a significant step in their journey toward digital transformation.

A New Era of Residency Management

UCC has transitioned from using traditional methods like Excel & email to fully digitizing their schedules, evaluations, didactics, and case logs through Medtrics. This change will streamline academic processes, improve data management, and enhance the overall experience for residents and faculty.

Comprehensive Clinical Training

Residents at UCC receive a robust clinical education, rotating between the Ramón Ruiz Arnau University Hospital, Pavia Santurce Hospital and the Outpatient clinic at IPA 344. These institutions provide a diverse range of clinical experiences, from general medicine and critical care to various subspecialty ambulatory clinics. The program offers ten to twelve hours of educational conferences weekly, including morning reports, journal clubs, and morbidity & mortality conferences (UCC Caribe) (UCC Caribe) (UCC Caribe).
