UPDATED FEATURE: A Smarter Evaluation Notification Email

At Medtrics, we know that efficiency is key. When an evaluation is completed, the sooner you have the relevant details, the better. Previously, our evaluation notification emails alerted users when an evaluation was ready, but to see critical details—such as the evaluator, rotation, or program—you had to click through to view them.

While this worked, we recognized an opportunity to streamline the process and provide users with the context they need immediately, without extra clicks.

Introducing Enhanced Evaluation Notification Emails

We’ve revamped our evaluation notification emails to include essential details upfront—eliminating guesswork and helping you act faster. Now, when you receive an evaluation notification, you’ll see:

✔️ Evaluation form type and name

✔️ Rotation and program details

✔️ Evaluator information

✔️ Assigned date and deadline

✔️ Gradebook rotation code (if applicable)

These additions make it easier to prioritize and act on evaluation results at a glance. No need to open the platform just to find out what the evaluation is about—it’s all in the email.
