Shruti Rangnekar, Chief of Staff

Shruti Rangnekar joins Medtrics with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector, holding an MPH in Global Health and an MBA. She started her career in an oncology clinic, where she designed and managed clinical trials while working closely with patients and clinicians. Her expertise spans strategic planning, building operational structures, and establishing customer success functions at early-stage startups. Shruti’s background in healthcare management consulting further enhances her strategic approach. Outside of work, Shruti is a dedicated patient advocate and can often be found with her dog and a good book.

Silvana Monjardin, Sales Development Representative

Meet Silvana Monjardin, a dynamic sales and marketing professional from Mexico City. Silvana brings her entrepreneurial spirit and love for sales to the Medtrics Sales Team. For the past four years, she has successfully run a business focused on social media and community management, alongside her brand of Mexican artisanal card holders. Silvana's warmth, energy, and bubbly personality shine through in her love for fashion, sushi, pasta, tacos, and her dog, Mila. She enjoys hanging out with friends, watching TV series, and dancing.Silvana is always eager to meet new people and hear their stories.

Ken Sparks, QA Analyst

Ken Sparks is our new Philadelphia-based QA Analyst, boasting extensive experience in web development, technical documentation, and client services. Ken also excels in video production and editing, blending his technical know-how with creative flair to provide comprehensive solutions. His diverse background ensures he understands both the technical and user-oriented aspects of projects, making him a versatile and invaluable team member.

Karen Le, Senior Frontend Developer

Introducing Karen Le, a joyful software engineer with three years of experience in frontend development. Karen is passionate about creating flawless and smooth user experiences, believing strongly in the power of technology to bring ideas to life. She is dedicated to turning visions into reality, whether it’s crafting intuitive interfaces or optimizing performance. With Karen on board, if you can think it, she can build it!
